As a Senior Program Manager, you will lead one or several strategic programs end‑to‑end. Your first assignment will be to steer the deployment of AI at scale across company , a mission with major strategic stakes for the Group and direct exposure to senior leadership. You will translate strategic objectives into concrete execution, shape program governance, and ensure effective delivery with multidisciplinary teams. You will join a central pool of experienced transformation managers who are deployed on transversal priorities across the organization. Translate strategic objectives into a clear program vision, scope, deliverables, planning, governance, and resource needs. Define program roadmap, macro‑planning (WBS), budget, risks, and stakeholder landscape. Break down the program into concrete projects, align with business owners, and manage execution to deliver outcomes on time, budget, quality, and safety. Coordinate transversal dependencies, procurement processes, risk mitigation, and major issue resolution. Governance & Stakeholder Management Consolidate reporting for PMO and senior leadership; Team Leadership & Coaching Build and motivate the program team; Support project leaders in business cases, problem‑solving, and decision‑making. Minimum 7 years of proven experience in program management, strategic transformation, or leading complex, multi‑stakeholder projects. Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (Engineering, Business, Economics, Technology). able to translate high‑level direction into operational plans. Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities, including interactions with senior leadership. Skilled in risk management, governance structuring, budget oversight, and reporting. Leadership experience: motivating teams, managing conflicts, coaching project leaders. Good level of Dutch and/or French and English is required.
